How do I order a video greeting?
To order video greetings from your favorite talents, just visit our website www.foryou.io and select a talent before starting the step by step order process. We’ve made it easy for everyone and best of all you don’t even have to create an account!
How much does a greeting video cost?
It depends on the talent! Each talent has the ability to set their own video greeting price, which you'll see on their profile page. Just keep in mind that different offerings may have different price points associated so make sure you're checking the price for the type of offering you want (personal video, business video, regular or Flash Order etc).
How long does it take for my video greeting to be delivered?
Talents have up to 7 days to complete requests they receive. While the turnaround time is typically much quicker, please keep this in mind for any time sensitive needs. If a talent has activated the Flash Order option, then you may expect your video greeting to be delivered in under 24 hours. If the talent does not fulfill your video greeting request within 7 days you will be refunded back the full amount.
Is there anything I can’t put in my video request?
All FORYOU Video requests must abide by our Terms & Conditions. Please note that hyperlinks cannot be included in video requests. If you’re looking to use your video for business purposes, you must submit a request for a Business video rather than a personalized video request.
I changed my mind and want to send my request to a different Talent. How do I do that?
Unfortunately you can’t cancel an on going order. You will have to wait until the maximum delivery period of 7 days is reached with video request status not completed. We will then automatically send you a refund notification you and you may once again re-order another video request. However you can always submit another order for a video request while awaiting for one to be delivered.
What should I include in my video request?
Include as much detail as possible! Who the video is for, what the occasion is, how to pronounce the recipient’s name - the more details, the better.
How do I find the right Talent for my request?
That really depends on what you're looking for! If you have a specific Talent in mind, you can search by name on www.foryou.io or in our app. Otherwise, you can browse the different Talent categories to find one that matches your request!
Will my FORYOU video ever expire?
Nope! You can always download the video to your device, but it will live forever in your account (so long as you don't delete your account!).
What should I expect from my video?
A personalized experience from your favorite Talent! Make sure that you include all of the details in your initial request to make it as memorable as possible :)
How do I know if my favorite Talent joined FORYOU?
You've got a few options here! If you subscribe to our newsletter, we'll shoot you an email letting you know when your favorite celeb has joined the platform or you can always follow us on social media to get the latest updates.
Do I need to have an account to use FORYOU?
You can always request a video greeting from our list of talents as a guest user, so you won’t have to create an account. We will provide you with order updates on the contact information you’ve provided us with at order step. But having an account gives you a much better experience and order tracking is much simpler: just open your app and see your order status directly from your account page!
Is there someone I can talk to about inappropriate content I saw on FORYOU?
We definitely want to make sure that everyone has the best experience possible with FORYOU, but if you come across anything that you think we should take a look at, please reach out to our team at [email protected].
Can I ask the Talent to do specific things in my FORYOU Video?
So long as your request does not violate our Terms & Conditions, feel free to get as creative as you’d like with your request! Please note that talents do have the right to decline any requests at their discretion and will ultimately have full creative control over the video!
How do I update my email address?
You can update your email address right from your account page! Just visit www.foryou.io and tap on your profile picture. Select "Account settings" from that menu and tap on "Change email."
What happens after I submit a video request?
Once you send your request over to a talent, the talent will have up to 7 days to fulfill the request. You can check the status of your request in the app or through the link sent to your contact information (which your provided at order step) if you ordered as a guest user. If the request is declined or expires, you'll receive a notification via the app or on provided contact information if you ordered as a guest user. When the Talent fulfills your request, you'll receive a notification via the app to view the video or receive a link on provided contact information to access the video as a guest user.
How do I purchase a video greeting through the app?
Talents can be found on the FORYOU Marketplace App — just type or search our categories and choose! When you are ready to book, login to your account or proceed as a guest user, fill out the request form (please add contact information if you are ordering as a guest user) and proceed to checkout page! You can pay directly through the app using multiple payment options (Credit and debit card, Online and mobile bank transfer, ATM transfer, emoney and at partner retail kiosks).
How can I check the status of my video request?
Just visit www.foryou.io and access your account dashboard menu. From there, click on the order button and you’ll see your request status. If you ordered as a guest user, you can check the status by clicking on the link sent to your provided contact information.
I was supposed to get a refund, but I'm not seeing it yet in my bank account.
Many of our products are non-refundable; however, if you are entitled to a refund and a notification from FORYOU has confirmed it, please look for a credit to your bank account within 48 hours. If you still haven’t received it, please forward your refund confirmation to [email protected].
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit and debit card (Mastercard and VISA), Online and mobile bank transfer with all major banks, emoney (OVO, Link Aja and Dana) and at partner Retail kiosks (Indomaret and Alfamart).
Can I update or cancel my request after I've already booked a video?
Unfortunately, you can’t cancel an on-going order. You will have to wait until the maximum delivery period of 7 days is reached with video request status not completed. We will then automatically send you a refund notification and you may once again re-order another video request. However, you can always submit another order for a video request while waiting for one to be delivered.
Is it guaranteed that the Talent I select will complete my requested video?
We make it our top priority that every customer receives their appropriately-ordered FORYOU video. While we try to make sure that all requested videos are completed, it is possible that your request could expire. Just a heads-up, talent always has the option to accept or decline any request.
How do I leave a review?
Upon receiving your video, you may give a review.
What if I my credit card has already been charged, but haven't received my video yet?
Your payment card should not be charged until your request is fulfilled. If your video was booked in the last seven days, we’ve only placed a pre-authorization hold (to ensure that funds are available when Talent fulfils your request). If it’s been more than seven days and your card has actually been charged, please contact [email protected].
How many characters are available when making a request?
All video requests must fit within the 250-character limit.
How long will my video request take to be completed?
Talent have up to seven days to complete a request, unless you have selected the flash option whenever available which means your video will be delivered to you within the next 24 hours. If your request isn’t completed within seven days (or has exceeded the 24-hour deadline for flash orders), it will expire, and you will receive a refund notification.
What if my video is not completed?
If your request is not completed, for credit cards the authorization will be released, and for all other payment method used to order you will be refunded within 48 hours after the request expired or was declined.
Can I download and keep my video?
Yes. It’s super easy! If you are on a laptop or mobile browser, just press the download button next to the video.
Can I remove the FORYOU watermark or add my company logo to the video?
The FORYOU watermark can be removed for an additional charge and upon request by customer. However, we do not yet offer co-branded watermarks for any additional charge.
